Mister Rogers arrives with the Bob Dog costume which he puts on and explains that he is still himself inside the costume.

Outside on the porch, Maryiln Barnett stops by for some exercise. As they are about to finish, Bob Trow arrives to pick up the Bob Dog costume and joins in for the final exercise.

In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri is doing some back-and-forth exercises with Mimus Polyglottos and Troglodytes Aedon. By King Friday's orders, Handyman Negri provides both royal birds with a three-cornered hat. Quickly finding a hat to fit Bob Dog, however, proves to be a bit more difficult. Handyman Negri joins King Friday in the TCH (Three Cornered Hat) Room as Bob Dog sets out through the Neighborhood.

Neighbor Aber has just given a three-cornered hat to Daniel Striped Tiger as Bob Dog pays a visit to the clock. Daniel has an extra hat which he has made for his imaginary friend, Malcolm Apricot Dinko.

At the Museum-Go-Round, James Michael Jones informs Neighbor Aber and Bob Dog that Lady Elaine is in her WN (Will Not) Room since she will not wear a three-cornered hat. Lady Elaine appears breifly enough to express her refusal to wear anything but her new swami hat.

Back at the house, Mister Rogers sings It's the Style to Wear a Smile before Mr. McFeely stops by, wearing blue jeans, and shares a video about how blue jeans are made.

Notes

I'm Still Myself Inside plays in the background as Mister Rogers dresses as Bob Dog.

Trolley dings "My hat has three corners" as it leaves.
