It cold outside as Daniel Tiger and his friends turn their classroom into a make-believe beach. Prince Wednesday accidentally spills a jar of yellow paint. Teacher Harriet notices the spill and encourages Prince Wednesday to tell someone when an accident happens. She is able to find new clothes for Prince Wednesday to change into and Prince Wednesday feels better knowing that she can help.
Working together, Prince Wednesday and Teacher Harriet clean up the paint spill. Daniel make-believes that he is surfing in the ocean.
Miss Elaina and Katerina Kittycat have made a cardboard palm tree and as Daniel places pretend coconuts underneath, he accidentally knocks over the tree. With a leaf broken off the tree, he tells Teacher Harriet about the accident and she is able to help repair the tree.
With the setting complete, Daniel and his friends enjoy activities on their pretend beach.
