Daniel Visits SchoolEpisode: 102a Daniel is getting ready to visit his new school but is feeling uneasy. His mom recognizes his feelings and encourages him to talk about his nervousness. Daniel asks a lot of questions about his school and decides to take some of his favorite things with him -- a book, a block, a drum, and his Tigey. At the school, Daniel is warmly welcomed by Teacher Harriet who encourages Daniel to explore his classroom. Looking around, Daniel finds many things that he likes as he make-believes that everything in the classroom says hello. Teacher Harriet invites Daniel to help her prepare the classroom by testing the musical instruments, checking out the reading area, and building with blocks. In doing so, Daniel realizes that he does not need the things he brought from home -- except for Tigey. Together, everyone sings a song about going to school and experiencing new things. Outside the school, Miss Elaina has just arrived with Lady Elaine Fairchilde. Miss Elaina is feeling nervous about school but Daniel lets her know that everything will be okay. Strategy
