With Dad Tiger watering the garden, Daniel is outside pretending to be Tigey the Adventure Tiger. Mr. McFeelys stops by with a delivery for Daniel -- a new Tigey the Adventure Tiger book from Grandpere.
Inside, Daniel tries to read the book but is distracted by Margaret's toy. Dad Tiger recognizes that Daniel wants to be alone and suggests that he find a place of his own where he can enjoy the book.
In his room, Daniel finds that Mom Tiger is repairing a broken dresser drawer. The hammering is distracting to Daniel and he moves on to a quiet spot near the aquarium where reads his new book. Thinking about one of his favorite parts of the book, Daniel make-believes that he is riding a giraffe.
After some time alone, Daniel plays a game with Margaret where searches for her -- the "lost baby giraffe." Taking out paper and crayons, Daniel tries to draw his own adventure story but Margaret becomes a distraction. Back in his cozy spot next to the aquarium, Daniel imagines his own story.
