Daniel Tiger and his mom are walking through the neighborhood as everyone prepares for tonight's Fall Festival. Miss Elaina is excited to show Daniel the fall decorations outside her dad's music shop.

Prince Wednesday arrives at the music shop where he and Music Man Stan are going to practice a song for the festival. When a gust of wind blows through the neighborhood, many of the fall decorations are toppled. Mom Tiger offers to help fix the decorations while Prince Wednesday has his music lesson. Daniel struggles to pick up the big pumpkins but is encouraged by his mom to do his best. In turn, Daniel is able to help Katerina when she is not able to reassemble Music Man Stan's pumpkin tower and Miss Elaina as she attempts to fix the scarecrow.

Daniel make-believes that his playing with a bunch of scarecrows.

The sun sets and the time for the Fall Festival has arrived. Daniel and his friends walk through the neighborhood admiring the decorations.

Prince Wednesday performs his song (Twinkle Twinkle Little Star) on the piano and, even though he is nervous, he remembers the advice of his friends: "Do your best. Your best is the best for you."
