Daniel Tiger is playing with his toy Trolley when one of the wheels falls off. Taking his broken toy to Mom Tiger, Daniel is encouraged to try and solve the problem on his own. After looking closely at his Trolley, Daniel is proud to show Mom that he fixed the toy himself.

Daniel make-believes that he is working on the real Neighborhood Trolley.

Katerina Kittycat invites Daniel to come to the park with her. When Daniel goes to put on his shoes, he cannot find them. At first, he asks his mom to find them but is proud when he is able to find them on his own.


Strategy

  • "Try to solve the problem yourself and you'll feel proud."
